A 29-year-old Saskatoon man is facing charges after an unsettling incident unfolded in Kinsmen Park on Monday morning.
At approximately 10:45 a.m. on August 4, the Saskatoon Police Service began receiving multiple reports from members of the public regarding a naked male committing indecent acts in plain view within the park area. Officers from the SPS Bike Unit were quickly dispatched and located the individual along the riverbank shortly after.
Police say the man appeared to be under the influence of an intoxicant at the time of his arrest.
He was taken into custody without incident and is now facing one charge of Indecent Exposure and one charge of Mischief.
The investigation is ongoing.
