THE City of Saskatoon has announced that the 2025 Assessment Roll (a listing of properties in Saskatoon) is still opened for public inspection until March 28, 2025. The timeframe, January 27 to March 28, 2025, is said to also mark the 60-Day Customer Review and Appeal Period.
If, after speaking with an assessor, a property owner disagrees with his property’s 2025 reassessed value, he, or she must submit a formal assessment appeal to the Board of Revision before the March 28, 2025, deadline. The property owner must also ensure he completes the appeal form and the required fees are included. An appeal form was included with your 2025 Assessment Notice sent in January 2025. If not received, property owners can download the form from saskatoon.ca/assessment.
